Congratulations, Graduates!

L&M Transportation Services is proud and excited to announce the graduation of Jake Holland, Maddy Devine and Michelle Voss from the 2020 Leadership Decathlon® program.

Over the course of the past year, the Decathletes participated in monthly meetings and multi-day workshops with the purpose of greatly elevating their self-awareness and their leadership skills. In addition, they put significant time and effort throughout the year toward leading team projects; each of which had an underlying goal of identifying, designing, and implementing new initiatives to further improve the operations of the L&M Family of Companies.

We applaud these leaders for their hard work, diligence, and effort which led to their successful completion of this intensive program, and we look forward to seeing them continue their journey toward excellence in leadership.
